Privacy Policy(Personal Information Protection Policy)

  • Article 3 (Methods of Collecting Personal Information)

      • When it is necessary to cooperate with national institutions, local public bodies, or persons entrusted by them in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent may hinder the execution of such duties.
      • When the following matters have been notified or publicly announced in advance, and the company has submitted a report to the Personal Information Protection Commission.

However, if disclosing the information would fall under any of the following cases, the company may withhold all or part of the information. In such cases, the company will notify the individual accordingly.

      • If there is a risk of hindering the proper execution of the company’s operations.
      • If disclosing the information would violate other laws and regulations.
      • If it cannot be confirmed that the request is made by the individual themselves.
    2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, information other than personal information, such as browsing history and attribute information, will generally not be disclosed.
  • Article 9 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

    1. If the customer’s personal information held by the company is incorrect, the customer may request correction, addition, or deletion of the information (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") through the procedures specified by the company.
    2. If the company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request mentioned in the previous paragraph, the company will make the necessary corrections, additions, or deletions to the personal information.
    3. If the company makes corrections, additions, or deletions based on the provisions of the previous paragraph, or decides not to make such corrections, the company will notify the customer of the decision.
  • Article 10 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

    1. If the individual requests the suspension of use or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") due to the reason that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose or has been obtained through fraudulent means, the company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
    2. Based on the results of the investigation mentioned in the previous paragraph, if the company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will suspend the use or delete the personal information as requested.
    3. If the company suspends the use or deletes personal information based on the provisions of the previous paragraph, or decides not to do so, the company will notify the customer of the decision.
    4. Notwithstanding the previous two paragraphs, if suspending the use or deleting the information would incur significant costs, or if it is otherwise difficult to suspend the use, the company will take alternative measures to protect the customer’s rights and interests if such measures are possible.
  • Article 11 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

    1. The content of this policy may be changed without notice to the customer, except for matters specified separately in this policy or changes due to amendments to laws and regulations.
    2. Except as otherwise specified by the company, the revised privacy policy will become effective once it is published on this website.
